When you sign up for a membership, The Plex Athletic Club starts you off with a “Meet the Trainer” appointment with a certified personal trainer. These sessions will ensure you start your The Plex Athletic Club journey with a plan of action and built-in support.

Throughout the year, we host fitness and wellness workshops. You are never alone in your fitness journey when you are a member of The Plex Athletic Club.

The Plex Athletic Club offers fitness and wellness solutions for your entire family, including youth, teen, adult and senior fitness programs. We offer onsite childcare in KidsWorld, our expansive childcare center, so parents can work out without worrying about their children.
